Here There
This project is motivated by the scene ‘On a mountain road at noon’ in the movie ‘King & the Clown’ directed by Lee, Jun-Ik. In this scene, two blind men are talking to each other but they do not know where exactly each person is standing. Through this situation, I wanted to reveal the relationship between the surface and inside, visibility and invisibility, revealing and hiding. I made this scene into a form of a leaflet, and this leaflet turns to a large poster when it is unfolded. The Poster is printed on both sides. One side has the image of this scene with some of red boxes which is showing the concept ‘Visible’ straightforward, and the other side has the dialogue stating ‘Invisible’. In the same context, if you hold this poster closely to the light, you will see the corresponding, dialogue and visual for the scene.
