Identity and business card for Seoul-based design studio Thefume.
Meaning of ‘Thefume’ is an invisible aspect of design. We believe design is not only doing the visual works, because design is multi communication tool including its function, context, story telling, and more than just styling something. This definition is reflected in the embossed printed logo. The logo is black as same as background color of the name card, but stands up slightly from the surface so people can feel it when they touch it. Or when people hold it against the light or look at it in a different angle, they can see the logo more clearly.
